Breach of contract. There was a contract(oral) betweem both of them and it turned out one of the parties lied, so nothing wrong in terminating the contract between them, that girl cannot be trusted. |

I thinks some girls lie about their virginity status to keep guys from expecting sex from them. You see if a girl says she's a virgin most guys will automatically assume she has a right to say no to pre-marital sex. On the other hand if she's not and is saying no to pre-marital sex,most guys will be like "what the heck, you have had sex before so what are you still saving your vagina for"? There is also the possibility the girl jokingly said she's a virgin and the guy took it serious. Most girls would be shocked that majority of un-serious words spoken are interpreted as serious by guys. |
