"More than 400 private jets are parked at Abuja airport now as I speak, all owned by individual politicians. They no longer use private
airlines, each of this aircraft could biuld a university or an industry that could play a vital role in absolving few from
the labour market. 72 of those planes would
provide one standard
university and a company in each state in Nigeria and you still have 328 planes
left. Corruption and
stealing of public funds are now the order of the day.
Join us to reclaim the
stolen glory of this blessed nation Nigeria. Your vote
will determine your future and that of your children including those coming after them. Change Nigeria!" -NUHU RIBADU, Former EFCC Chairman. Speaking to BBC Hausa service today about state of affairs in Nigeria.

Private jet don become pure water for Nigeria. No wonder a plane was found at a filling station. And how can they care about bad roads when they fly everywhere?
And very soon, we should expect our poliTHIEFcians to start using private rockets.

400, 40 or 4, most private jets in Nigeria are bought with ill-gotten wealth at the expense of the suffering Nigerians. I hope the new party floats credible and electable people in 2015 so we can get rid of this evil PDP.

Even if the figure is exagerated, too many Politicians and their secret allies (aka Pastors) have private jets. No wonder why every governor is rushing to build small "cargo" airstrips instead of a regional world class international airport.

jjcbuthot: Corruption is booming in Nigeria as we speak. Expect more as we approach election - there will be overnight billionaires.

Corruption has rivaled Oil as the "industry" that has always boomed in Nigeria. It started in 1914 when the WIFE of a white man gave us, her black slaves a name called Nigeria, which we continue to use as fools.

Then the corruption was sustained in 1960, even though a few leaders were very visionary and cared for their people. Unfortunately, some young boys in khaki felt they knew better and struck, paving the way for another group of young boys to strike and grab (Gowon, Muhammed, Danjuma, OBJ) and rule without opposition.

But wait, there was opposition- BIAFRA. But of course, there was no way Lugards Grandchildren were gonna allow a creative people at that time in AFrica to be independent with all that oil.

So the North and majority of Yorubas, Ijaws, Urhobos, and fellow Africans went along with their White Masters to sabotage even their own interest and defeat Biafra.

The rest is history, as we cannot even operate one world class national airline that Mexico and Canada do as sport.
