Haven't u guys observed that since Yar'a Dua's administration,when you elect a president in Nigeria you have indirectly automatically confer on his wife,2nd Head of state and 2nd commander of armed forces. Turai did her own,almost started dictating to Nigeria during her husband's hospitalization. Now PEJ who has already booked down a space for GEJ in Abuja Cemetery(my fellow widows) now flys the nation like Obama.67 cars,APC,sand blocks,wtf,is there another civil war. They are referring to the Old GRA area of Port Harcourt, not the Rumuoxxxx part of PH where you are holed up. It's like staying in Uyo, and when they are discussing Boko Haram menace in Nigeria, you show up and type something like what you said above "I am in Nigeria na... where is all these Boko bombings they are talking about?" like two month ago i scheduled a presentation meeting with microsoft guy for a solution i called for on that day 14th june. I paid the air ticket To/Fro- the whole arrangement was distrupted by first lady visit. They where stalked at the air port for 4hr. The driver that went to pick them could not have access to the airport, they had to go back bc they have another schedule. It cost me query, am managing the situation sha with the help of GOD |

To all those that claim they were cruising GRA (if u truly stay there or hav a ride 2 "cruise) on friday and saturday, note that the second report says OLD GRA. I work near state secretariat and i can confirm friday noon was hell, i drove like crazy (enterin any space) makin so many U-turns cos all exits were blocked. Took me 2.5hrs to get home (ogbunabali) usualy a 10 mins drive. On saturday i was on my way to town but on approaching mile1(park) flyover, i saw the gridlock up to UTC junction & had 2mak a u turn. Abeg that woman should go back to wherever she came from |

Port harcourt residents haven't seen nothing yet. Come to abuja and see wonder. One day patience came to nicon luxury garki, the whole city was locked down. I sat in my car for over 1 hour without bothering about break, accelator or hand gear. Whenever d vp will come to pray at the national mosque, they block the whole roads from 10pm the previous day. Journey of 10 mins to the office then takes 2hrs. |

I have a friend who lives in benett cart in port harcourt, close to the civic center where mrs jonathan was attending her wedding, he sent me a video and pics of soildeirs beating and taking away some innocent boys for "hanging around the wedding venue". He also told me how he had to pack his car at eastern bye pass and walk all the way to harold wilson drive. He spoke of sorphisticated swat teams he saw just to protect a single lady but when ordinary nigerians are under attack, amatuers police men will guns held together by rubber band are sent in and after little battle, they remove and dispose of their uniform, then run. 1 Like |

Traffic here, traffic there.... Go ahead blame it on the first lady , but we port Harcourt residents all know that it is a daily affairs to witness such occurring trend. As long as it did not change the price of ice-fish & round about meat @ rumuokwurushi don't put the blame on her, (Akon ?) now if i may asked, : the one experienced @ eleme junction , oil-mill ,elimgbu and other places is still cause by "Patience Jonathan's visit ? If u indeed live in ph u wud know derez old gra towardz town and new gra whch is whr u work!so ph doesn't ve jst aba rd and ikwerre rd.tnx dirifred: I live in PHC, work in GRA. how come i did not see this? there are only two major roads in PHC,Aba road and Ikwere road, this two road are always having trafic congestion everyday. the visit of the first lady may have increased the congestion but its not far from our normal day to day congestion. |
