Fashola hated school, he failed WAEC.....no wonder he has been using his time in govt fighting medical doctors! He obviously does not know what it takes to become a medical doctor. I can now understand why he could not make it into Ife, UI or Lag to study law (no disrespect to Uniben and other schools) Clueless governor! |

ALOT OF YOU ARE HATERSSSSS. KAI. WHEN YOU GET TO THE TOP AND YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE A PART OF YOUR SUCCESS STORY AND EARLY BEGINNINGS WITH PEOPLE LETS SEE HOW YOU FEEL WHEN PEOPLE INSULT YOU FOR TALKING ABOUT YOUR PAST. |

Some people are thinkers, some people are doers Fashola is definitely a DOER The people I pity most are those who are neither! |

This man was a great motivation for me when I failed my WAEC, I thought it was the end of the world! Knowing how he turned everything around by facing his fears gave me a new spirit. Thank you BRFand I'm wishing you a happy birthday. You inspire me alot! |

I saved this page to read later but I must say, it was worth the read. I don't like being 'loud' and whilst others may see it as overly conservative, methinks it's a personality thing not June Really, we have lost our values. That part where he mentioned having your classmate's item (even if it were a mistake) in your bag and not eating outside got to me - CONTENTMENT was something that was taught in most families. Days where your parents can be a 'SURPRISE GUEST ATTENDANT' at school and you have to behave yourself if you wanna maintain your reputation among your peers save being embarrassed. Some may not see the moral in the story but things I can easily point out were: |We trusted ourselves to a large extent. |We were contended with what we had. Stealing was a big NO NO. The lack of contentment has led to man's selfish desires to kill,.maim, rob and engage in other violent crimes just because of pecuniary gains. |Parents were very much interested in their child's development. The child was also the child of the community, not just the parents. Now, everyone is looking the other way and giving excuse of work being the reason they pay less attention to their kids. Finally, all I can say is, CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME. |

jacob05: and you expect us to read all this ...BRF, even as Governor reads today; something the youths of today are lazy at. This is a Governor who often grants not interviews to his personal life. You don't expect him to "spik lyk ds" and have a picture for WizKIDS to display their tatafo skills on. Behave yourself. |
