The statement is; what Onitsha told Obosi (ihe onitsha gwara Obosi), pls, my good ppl of onitsha, what did u ppl tell Obosi, and good ppl of Obosi, what did Onitsha ppl tell u?

I remember what happened to a man who asked this same question in 1991. let's pray that what happened to him doesn't repeat itself here.

To prevent future twist of facts . They have always had this land issue. Onitsha has very restricted small piece of land with little or no room for expansion. Nkpor, Nkwelle Ezunaka, Obosi and Ogbaru communities seem to be gaining from this as the urban spill is to their advantage.

What Onitsha told Obosi is a very old warning phrase in Igboland. Onitsha told Obosi 'Maka adi ama ama' The term is now widely used in statements and arguments of contractual nature. In simple Igbo language, it it a warning against any kind of eventuality after an agreement has taken place.
