s3nn2x: It does not matter if the phone is not registered in Nigeria. I don't think it is under the Jurisdiction of NCC to register phones. The post looks fake to me, just like that fake post on XDA about God villa. If it was fake or not registered, it is up to SON to ban such a product.

SAME THING WITH Recognised TECNO ANDROID They are not listed by NCC as legal

NO N3, N7 , F7,A+,A2,N9 etc

and the funniest thing the list was last updated in 17 oct 2012 almost a year .

Illitracy and unwaranted hatred is killing sum peeps here on NL.
I downloaded the PDF file that contains list of registered phones. Even the recent Tecno Smartphones 4rm N3 to the latest F8 are not listed there.
Outdated list almost a year ago. I wonder how sum1 wuld just wake up in the morning, cook up something in his head and dish it out publicly 2 make a mockery of himself?
Check the profile of the op on the fb page Fake!!!
Am sure once that list is updated, we would see Gionee and even Tecno's current smartphones on the list.
Btw: Gionee's 1st smatphone was release just a year ago(Gionee Infinity). Gionee has even signed up a contract deal with MTN. Its only a matter of time b4 they take their rightful place as true Innovators. The competition has only begin!!!

This is contrary to the price i got from this thread ie 33k... If gionee itself sells for 37k i wonder how it can go for less, pls someone should bail me out.
