Simply put: You are addicted. The best way to stop is just stop!!! get rid of you p0rn collection. Be more social(not social media), go out more in real life, get a girlfriend, get a job or get involved in a project that takes you out of the house.

Its just a psychological problem. No amount of prayer will help u stop it except u make a firm decision to.

U have already taken a first step which is acknowledgin it is a problem. Next is, avoid idleness, and try to do away with all porn article around u.

U can also start a self motivation program, that reward urself by every successful step. Take it step by step like, try abstening for a whole day and reward urself for not doing it a day by self praise or even masurbattting.

Then take a step further by extending it to two days, after this jump to a week.

Also look for articles that talks about d nagetive side effects of the act.

thanks for the advice,,but i can remember times without number that i throw away all my porn materials,,try to always keep myself busy nd even went closer to God...but i don't know how i still go back to my vomit..and anytime i goes back,,the situation seems to b worst...please what can i doi just want that feeling to die...

just be determined. der r times i get tempted to browse porn sites. do u knw wat i do? i jst drop my fone smwer n take a stroll or find friends to talk to, som tyms i even do press ups, remeba dat i idle mind is d devils workshop, try engage ursef with some work or braintasking aptitude tests and u wil b good to go.
