ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide and direct procedures and computer application systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate data base of customers.

• Increasing the organizations database through the use of E-marketing ( e.g. social media platforms )

• Supervising the registration of Exam writers.

• Research and developing training slides.

• Design the organizations monthly newsletter through the use of CorelDraw

• Ensure compliance to the company’s customer service policy.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Male or Female
Basic university degree/ H.N.D
Computer skills (Microsoft word, powerpoint,Excel, Access and CorelDraw)
