PROCEDURE FOR TANK FARM/STORAGE DELIVERY:


1. Seller and buyer sign an SPA and deposit in their various Banks. ( Buyer to provide valid and authenticated storage documents, and in case buyer doesn’t have storage yet, seller could be contracted to get one for the sole purpose of the transaction which shall be factored in the cargo cost)

2. Seller gives offer letter to buyer and buyer responds with acceptance letter with Bank Endorsed LPO to seller’s bank

3. Seller’s bank verifies bank Endorsed LPO from buyer’s bank and gives ETA/NOR to buyer’s tank farm if duly hired.

4. Seller’s vessel sails to buyer’s Port of discharge while buyer carries out independent Q&Q test on the cargo before discharge to buyer’s tankfarm.

5. Upon Q&Q, cargo is discharged.

6. Transhipment is done & buyer’s instrument crystallizes into cash to seller’s account and all intermediaries on the contract.
