Dear Mama Winnie, maybe the world has forgotten you, but we the young Africans have not. You are a true freedom fighter in the same league as Sankara, Lumumba, Toure, Mandela, Samora, Biko and many more. Just because you are a woman, the world has forgotten so fast that without you, there would be NO Mandela. Without you, there would be No ANC and certainly without you, the war on apartheid may have not come sooner. So on behalf of many millions of Young Africans across the land. I would say Ndiyabulela, Ndiya kuthanda!

Ma Winnie kept the name & spirit of Mandela alive whilst he was in prison. She made us believe during the dark & turbulent 80's that Mandela will be free one day & that he will become our President. Yes, she was never perfect, but who is perfect? No one!

In Somalia’s capital, Mogadishu, a young boy walks along Lido beach with a toy gun.

Somali has the longest coastline in Africa and it's all beautiful white sand and the water temps are in 70s at times
