Kigali must be the first city in Africa to do so, good move.

It could be Nigeria, if our leaders are not naive and take a step in the right direction. There is no reason why everyone in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Sokoto, Kaduna, Benin City, Enugu, Jos, etc. can not get free wi-fi. We do not have the right people in power.

Adamskuty: life expectancy of a nigerian is 10times higher than the jungle over there.

Ajuran:

Your map reflects exactly what he said except for Somalia being less than 1%, Senegal and Mauritania is also less than 1%. Niger, Mali, Benin are between 1 and 2%. It's weird how our neighbouring countries are on the low end. Nigeria does have 185 million people, who knows what the cause is. People getting more and more promiscuous.

it doesn't matter how many people a country has, this is about percentage.

I get it, so 97 - 98% of Nigeria is AIDS free...shouldn't we be discussing this in politics?
