BLCO TTO TO GHANA WATERS.
Buyer require to place 100m Naira Conditional MT103/123 before seller will nominate
a vessel to load product.100m Naira becomes available after confirmation of products.
Buyer shall proceed to cover the entire product with a BG before the vessel departure
to Ghana Waters.

BLCO CIF GHANA WATERS:

MT799 POF without disclaimer required by the seller to nominate and load a vessel for delivery
to Ghana Port.
Payment after immidiately after discharge.
USD6 Discount & 3USD Commission.


PMS CIF TO GHANA AND COTONOU WATERS PRICE:
. PROCEDURE FOR CIF
1. The Buyer and the Seller sign the SPA Contract Agreement listing terms and conditions of transaction and indicating Buyer and Seller banking coordinates.
2. Buyer issues swift MT799/MT103/23/Bank Guarantee for entire Cargo without disclaimer to seller’s bank.
3. Seller releases the Q88 of Loaded Vessel.
4. Buyer provides details of his Port of Discharge (POD) and Harbor Master and their Forwarding Agency to the Seller.
5. Seller authorizes Vessel Master to issue Marine Notification of Readiness (NOR) and
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to Buyer’s Port of Discharge (POD) copying Harbor Master
and the Buyer.
6. Upon receiving Harbor Master’s acknowledgement of the NOR and ETA, vessel sails off
to Buyer’s Port of Discharge and shall be sending an update of drifting every 12hrs to Buyer and Seller until arrival at Buyer’s Port of Discharge.
7. Buyer’s nominated Inspection Company board vessel within 24 Hrs of the vessel’s arrival at Buyer’s Port of Discharge (POD) for Inspection and submits Quality and Quantity
(Q&Q) Analysis Report to Buyer and Seller.
8. Vessel commences discharge into Buyer’s Tank Farm within 6hrs after Q&Q Report is
released. Within 12hrs after discharge, Captain releases Discharge Certificate and Master
Receipt to Buyer and Seller.
9. Payment for the full Cargo is effected by the Buyer’s Bank via KTT SWIFT WIRE
TRANSFER to the Seller’s designated Account and to all commission beneficiaries within 24
hours after Discharge based on out turn and Q&Q Report.
10. Above process is repeated for next transaction, until Contract is concluded.

BG OR MT799 POF REQUIRED BEFORE ATB TO BOARD AND INSPECT.
