First, I personally do not think it costs that much to secure a space at the Vault Garden Ikoyi. Therefore, this story may have a K leg. But knowing Mike Adenuga and his foolishness, this story may also be true.
The following are the reasons why this man may have done it:
1. Mike hasn't done much for his family, including most of his children. The man is affraid that when he is gone those who are going to be incharge (family) may not be willing to honor him. Therefore, he is preparing to make sure that he is still in control even when he no longer around.
2. Mike really has no real friends or anyone that is sincere around. He has stepped on too many toes and hasn't done much for those who truly love him. He has surrounded himself with hopeless sycophants that would quickly move on to the next Oga from the top when Mike is no longer here to drop the cash like no man's business.
Mike is pretty much aware of this, he knows that majority of the boot lickers around him can not be trusted, therefore, once again he is holding the bull by the horns, by securing a beautiful resting space for himself.
3. Mike's has paid billions of naira for many years to make sure that no one knows his true color or image. The man is affraid that when he is gone all these hidden dark sides make come out in the air and he may not get the honor he would love. So, he has already started to honor himself just in case sh11t happens.
4. Mike is a control freak, he hardly takes sensible advise from anyone, he hates to listen or follow any rules. whether he is right or wrong he makes his decisions (and by the way, he has been mostly wrong with his decisions more than most people know). I guess, oga glo has done it again, he is making the decision on how much money to be spent on his final resting place. He can't trust anyone else to make such an "IMPORTANT" decision for him when he is no longer here.
5. Fianlly oga glo may have made this decision because he was bored as usual. When he is bored, he usually plays around with his toys (money). May be by Monday morning he would realize that the news is everywhere. By Tuesday, all the news will be purchased by oga glo, by Wednesday, newspapers and other websites will start changing the story to something that isn't so foolish.

Oga glo should quickly realize that people only know you when you are here, but the ones that will forever honor you are your loved ones. You can pay billions of naira to secure a space in paradise, at the end of the day it all comes down to lives you have sincerely touched and what kind of stories or legency your children and family would forever remember, and Not glo per second or conoil or the sychophants that constantly lick your boots.
If you do the right things and treat people with respect while you are here, there shouldn't be anything that worries you.
A man with a wisdom is a man who embraces peace of mind and clearly loves and respects others, not because he wants to promote himself or cover up his dark sides, but because he truly cares.

Pay your taxes, pay my father's pension, refund the oil subsidy money, practise good business management and take good care of your loved ones, and oga glo wouldn't have anything to worry about.
