BEWARE. He's defrauded me of N17.000. And I'm very sure that there are some innocent victims on the list lined up. Nairaland BEWARE. Do not fall victim. Ignorance at its worst. To browse the internet, u need a transmitting and receiving device to send and recieve, until ur hardware is somewhat upgraded or something there is no way u would browse with a decoder (which is a receptor).Pure common sense. Op, be careful next time. |
