Has Nigeria been able to prosecute those without the immunity clause?

Well this part makes sense to me.we all know a lot of people would like to sue them to court just because they can.
I for one wouldn't mind suing jonathan for attention.

The case of Loretta A vs the Presidency.
Well who wouldn't if they could?
And we all know how everyone likes crying foul at every possible turn.they don't need that form 150 million people.every hour of everyday will be spent on frivolous lawsuits.
They need to concentrate and try to work,any misdeeds can be punished when they are out of office and gross misconduct can be solved with impeachment.
It's not perfect but it's the workable plan I can see.don't know about u guys
