Girl why u gon stretch-out that lovely motherland mane lik that eh?? Mai hair is much mo healthier, thicker, lustrous and so Nappy Happy tho it wrestles wit me every morn n night whenever a comb com within inch but hey that’s part of d fun tho Am rockin ma Fro any day anytime. @ ibkaye Yeah, i do that often because I have the (mis)fortune of having a very strong hair. For a some time I have been doing the relaxing part myself and always do braids later: my hair is becoming more voluminous! @ iice That's the problem. How would I maintain such a stubborn hair? |

I have a medium afro, coloured light to medium brown (mixed in with my grey hair!) But I cheat and use a texturiser! It gives me lovely loose curls. Sometimes I use a curl activator and then use my hand dryer. Its soft and non-greasy. Sometimes I set it using pin rollers. It gives me big loose curls with a slight kink. Very retro and funky. I gets tons of compliments about my hair so I think I'm done with perming. Thanks to my stylist, very creative guy, if a little annoying! |
