My fellow nairalanders, i want to narrate my ordeal. this started when i was in SS3. Dont even know what caused it specificlly... At midnight, i begin to shake like an epileptic patient; usually, i dont even knw mysef till am told in the morning. In my family , there is no history of an epilptic that ever existed, if not i wud have suspected hereditary issues. wen it is happening i often bite the sides of my tongue. note that it only happens at night and only know wen i get up in d morning.. i want to knw if someone here has had a similar experience and how/what he did to make it stop becos am being so frustrated by this ailment.. i am a student (FUTY)...
