He is a chronic liar. He never develop the property to agreement. He will do 50% then run away.
Even his staff are fed up and many have resigned

Felix Modebe (Best Africa Resort & Century 21) is a dubious person

He reneged on the term of our contract after receiving full payment, beside he sells a property to multiple buyers.

My counsel is preparing a brief, we are suing him for unfair business practice and damages.

ABUJA - Century 21 is a real estate developer (owned by Felix Modebe) with speciality in defrauding buyer by shortselling.

-The land it build its estates on are mostly disputed land e.g Moonwalk estate in Kubwa

-It does not deliver on the amenities/facility promised e.g children playground, sport area, parking lot, central generator, water supply system, perimeter lighting

-Selling one property to multiple buyer
-He quote about N5m - N10m above the property face value.

-It does not fulfil term and condition, he is a perpetual liar & a fraud.

-He is currently bogged down by court cases e.g land fraud, buyer litigation. Almost all the house owners in Kubwa will be suing him before the year end.
