You may wrong though, there's a friend of mine who applied last year, he didn't get d sms but he saw his name on the list. There are many constraints dat may hinder one from receiving sms. Anytin is possible here in Nigeria.

I am from Ebonyi State and I've got my txt message, since 10.25AM, so no need to cry foul. There lots of people dat will still get invited even if u don't get called. There's always light at the end of a tunnel, so cheer up!!!!
