@missylizzy,Go to google & you will find some samples there. The letter is not something long, aft the address & heading he who is attesting introduces himself, the body should state the person knws you,your competence,sanity,arrest status & the works. Its not more than 4-5 lines.

I've been following this thread for a while and actually from day one, I never wanted to get noticed. But I think its going to yield good outcome if I share what I feel like is a better way matters can be approached easily.
