Pls, someone should suggest a good system font installer for me. I hope changing d system fonts wont affect my fone negatively?

there are other china android 4.2 phones like admet m2, can they be compared with tecno? because they are far cheaper, slick and look stronger than tecno. Anyone know something about these phones?
