Dear Nairalanders, At 0600hrs today, Diamond Bank Plc was invaded by the NLC and some disgruntled contract staff members who were recently sacked. It initially started as a peaceful protest but only for a short while. Staff of Diamond Bank were refused entry into and out the premises. As the protest grew into the day, the NLC summoned courage, came into the bank's premises and shut down the generator powering the Head Office. At the moment the bank is shut down nation-wide. |
