In the event of successful transshipment and delivering a product from Seller’s Vessel,

I,............... the paymaster {off taker} of the company do hereby guarantee and agree that I will pay the respective business SELLER, BUYER’S /SELLER’S AGENT & ALL FACILITATORS INVOLVED (LISTED IN THIS PAYMENT AGREEMENT) the COST OF PRODUCT and agreed commission of stated amount below per litre to each Agent/Facilitator, immediately the PRODUCT is TRANSHIPED into the Buyer’s CHARTERED VESSEL, the PRODUCT value in USD OR NAIRA.
Procedure
1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal this Contract including banking coordinates. The electronic signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding and enforceable and must not be changed. The executed SPA and is lodged in their respective banks.
2. Seller provides product documentation and on confirmation buyer issues a comfort letter without disclaimer.
3. Seller issues authority to board for buyer to board and confirm product and on confirmation, Buyer issues a Bank Guarranty to cover the cost of the cargo.
4. Seller’s vessel long-sides with buyer’s vessel and discharges product (BLCO)
5. Upon complete transshipment, Buyer releases guarranty to ofset payment for the cargo and all commissions.
6. Seller gives DC And MR to Buyer after tran-shipment and the vessel sails to destination.
