How would you tell her politely without looking like a jerk. She wants to do virtually everything for you - cook, clean, wash etc, calls you like 10/24 hrs per day, she likes you like mad and keeps telling you how she loves you but you don't want her period. How do you tell her without hurting her?

Very simple
-tell her u are not ready for any relationship at the moment
-tell her u don't trust ladies generally
-don't call her and when she call tell her u are busy and will call her later but don't call
-if she says she love u tell her there is no room for love in ur heart
-tell her u have some targets to meet up wt and u don't want to introduce ladies to ur life to prevent distraction
- always find faults in her
-tell her u want to start cooking ur meals.

....and she knows u're in a relationship already

Just tell her. What strategy do you need again? She will probably hate you or stay away from you for a while but she will realise at a point that you had to do it
