Price depends on manufacturer.. Mobil 1 from USA is between 18k to 21k, Naija mobil 1 is around 14k - 15k

Also customs has a transparent site for auction of cars which is legitimate https://trade.gov.ng under agencies choose NCS and at their dedicated page choose e-Auctions and you will see auctioned cars.
