MTN is promoting the Contest which, is a competition offering MTN subscribers the opportunity to submit on MTN social media pages (Facebook and Twitter), their creative application/ software ideas that can be developed and run on mobile devices “Apps ideas”. The Contestant with the most “liked” idea on the MTN social media page, will be selected as a Winner, and such selected Contestant stands a chance to get rewarded by MTN with one (1) Nokia Lumia phone.

Eligibility to participate in the Contest is only open to all MTN Customers as well as employees who joined MTN during the Competition period. Accordingly, if the winner ports from the network of MTN at any time before receiving the prize, he/she will be automatically disqualified from collecting the prize and will forfeit same.

You must be 18 years or older to participate in this Contest. MTN further reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Contestants.

You agree that the App idea submitted for the Contest may be used by MTN to provide services to its customers and to evaluate if it can improve on its service to its customers.

This Contest is open to MTN Nigeria Customers only.
The Contest is for a period of 14 days and will commence from Monday, 1st July, 2013 to Friday, 7th July, 2013.

You participate in the Contest by taking the following steps:

Log on to MTN’s social media pages: Facebook and/or Twitter
submit your idea at the comments section
Include Your full name

Get as many people to “like” Your App idea on the MTN social media page

Taking the aforementioned steps qualifies Your entry to be judged by a group of judges who shall review all entries on a number of factors, including but not limited to:

i. the uniqueness of the App idea submitted;

The judges will determine the Winners of the Contest and the Winners shall be announced and invited to a prize presentation ceremony organized by the Chief Marketing Officer of MTN.

You can only submit one idea. Thus, No one (1) Contestant can win twice in the Contest.
For the duration of the Contest, MTN shall give away one (1) Nokia Lumia phone daily for every Winner with most liked App idea.
