Few years ago, I discovered the three kinds of education we have that makes people remain poor or rich,
1. The Academy Education, this will teach you how to read, write and solve simple mathematics.
2. The Professional education, this education will teach you to be a specialist in a specific field so you can work for government or a company.
3. Financial Education, This education teaches you to understand financial numbers so you can mind your own business and become rich.


First of all, it’s important I tell you that if you want to be rich and happy, you need to get beyond your scholastic and professional education that teaches you how to work to earn salary and acquire financial education.

This is because Financial education is learning how to read numbers and the numbers tell the story in your life of you you are when measuring in wealth. It is simply learning how money works and how to make it work for you. It is learning how to mind your business even when you are still minding your (boss business) profession as an employee. If people understand financial education, there would be more entrepreneur to create jobs than employee looking for jobs

Financial education helps you to understand your income, expenses, your balance and what to do with the balance . Understanding these four and practicing it will in no time make you rich beyond your wildest dream. The fact is if you are working for money; your focus will be on getting income alone but if money is working for you, your focus will be to buy more (items, equipment, tools, material) asset that generate income for you even when you are not working.

Working for money means that you are working to earn a paycheck (salary). For such a person, his concern is on earning active income which is otherwise known as linear income. Active income is money that is paid to you for doing a certain work. It requires you to work and you are paid for the time you put in.

For instance, an employee works for eight hours per day for twenty four working days in a month and he is paid for the time worked. Again, a small business owner is paid based on the profits he made on the merchandise sold or services rendered during the hours he put in his business. An expert/specialist is paid based on his charges for the hours he worked. These are all active income. You worked and you get paid. You get nothing the moment you stopped working. You cannot be financially free from active income.

I’m not saying that earning active income is not good but what is important is how much of your active income are you putting to work for you in you to create an asset? It is important to mind your business, know the difference between your business and your profession.


Financial education will teach you how to mind your business, and control a lot of business all over the world without working for money.

Note: This does not mean that academy education is not important, but you can be highly educated academically and you are financially dummy.

That is one hell, nice piece of write of write up. I keep saying it most guys go to school and read courses that is neither of any good to them nor the country. If you check developed countries, what drives thier economy is SME. You keep hearing a kid of 15yrs making serious money on ebay, under graduates developing websites like facebook. All this things they don't teach in conventional schools. If you wants to be rich then you have to horn your entrepreneural skills, innovative skills, be determined and able to persevere.
