[b]Nigeria is a blessed nation with talented poeple[.We have creative minds and good natural environment.We are equally blessed with natural resources counless the oil and gas sector.Nigeria has the manpower capacity to feed the whole world if fully utilized. First,for Nigerians to be fully employed all hands must be on desk.Now,what are the things we must do to achieve this? We must: 1.Stop creating job opportunities in other countries like china,USA,India,Japan,Dubai,etc.We have for long been purchasing goods made from these countries without prio latice of the fact that we are creating job and market for their manufacturing companies.This in turn puts our manufacturing sector in danger and risk of closing down from time to time. Manufacturing is the only way out to the problem of unemployment in this country.If for instance every state should site a shoe manufacturing factory in every L.G.A and some other manufacturing factories.This will help to reduce unemployment and equally reduce youth rural-urban drift. 2.Fall back to Agricultural sector.This is another area that can help reduce youth unemployment if we are really faithful to ourselves.If the Government can ask every autonomous community to provide an Agricultural practice center and the Govertment makes arrangment on how to train youths and empower them directly without passing the money through God fathers who will never deliver what they grab.The Government can creat Agricultural settlements and market in every L.G.A. Improve production and sales. There are many things we can do to reduce or remove unemployment in our country. You too can join in the fight against unemployment today.
