Once you exhaust your bb data before the expiry period, you must send "deactivate" to 440 before you'll be able to subscribe for a new plan.

problem solved.bought new sim,transfered my credit and went tru the process afresh.thanx guys 4 the help.

dey didnt say anything about blocking it they only asked me the device am using and i told them is bold2 they said i shud enjoy my plan that they av an offer for my line for my android but since am using bold2 there is no problem

I have not been a fan of Airtel but I tried the 4GB for 1500 and it worked, I have 4Gb already, done the 10MB to and it is working, as expected just to confirm, does that mean this my sim is eligible even for subsequent subscription after this expires?
