It had taken me over 8 (eight) months to have U-MOBILE. service on my phones with no success. I conplained to their branch here in Jos. The Customer Service could not resolve the issue. I did online registration it did not change anything. I had contacted the. UBA CIC and the challenge was never solved. They changed to CFC the issues remained unresolved. I was advised to delete the apps and reinstall, that I did on several occasions. I use Nokia C7, and have FCBM Mobile Apps working very fine in it. I installed the U-Mobile on my HTC One X, the problem of the generated pin not working remained. Have anyone had my experience?
