BEFORE YOU ATTEND THAT INTERVIEW.

Job interview is an opportunity to meet in person with the employer
or the interviewer.This is the time to back up all the information in your CV and letter of job application before them. Sure, they know what they are looking for ,but this may not be known to you. In other for you to excel at your next interview,below are some useful tips which you must not ignore

1.RESEARCH.
This is very compulsory , you must research in to the company.You need to demonsrate to the employer that you have genuie interest in their organisation.Get to know when the company was established,name of key personnel e.g MD,.Know their products,head office location, major competitors,performance for the past 3years etc.You are most likely to win their Heart When you do this. Remember you are most likely to be asked the question . WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT OUR COMPANY?

2.PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
Appear neat neat and cute. Do not over dress ,after all they know you are a job seeker. Keep your hair tidy. Remember to shine your shoe. Ladies, must you use perfume? What if the interviwer is allegic to deoderants?.Your appearance speaks volumes about you

3. MANNERISM
Employers are looking for a corteous and respectful employee. you will be assessed in this area. Greet and smile when you enter the interview venue. The tradition is not to sit down until you are offered a sit. let them know that you appreciate it when you are asked to sit down ,simply say ,THANK YOU.

4 ORGANISE YOURSELF
Employers valued a well organised employee.Demonstrate this at the interview ; arrange your CV and credentials neatly. When asked to tender your CV do not mistake it for other documents.Be composed.

5 ARRIVE EARLY
Never arrive late to the interview venue. You will not be taken serious.Ensure you locate the venue before the interview date and know the best route to the venue.By arriving late .you are proned to emotional distability and nervourness ,this will have negative impact on you

6 MASTER THE INFORMATION IN YOUR CV AND LETTER OF APPLICATION
Questions will be asked from this documents.Please and please do not contradict youself. The employer can simply test for your degree of honesty here.

CONFIDENCE
Never panick before the interviewer, they are human being like you.They were once interviewed.The secret is, do not see this particular interview as do or die affair. Put in your best and leave the rest to GOD

8 REHEARSE COMMONLY ASKED INTERVIEW QUESTIONS.
This is the best way to build up confidence and dazzle the interviewer.
Let your answer flow. Demonsrate that you are not under tension.

9 RAISE UP YOUR VOICE
Never allow the interviwer to ask you to speak louder.By speaking to yourself you are showing that you are not sure of yourself.you are afraid or that you are not confident

10 NEVER ARGUE
Interview venue is the wrong place to argue.Do not let them see you as someone who is very difficult to get on with

yeah yeah, funso we've heard it all before, at camp, in school especially in final year, but apparently, its still not working, so what seems to be the problem? wink wink
