Members of the Africa Caribbean Parliamentary and European (ACP-EU), Joint Parliamentary Assembly (JPA) from the West African region and their European Parliament counterparts held a regional meeting in Abuja, from 17 to 19 July, 2013, where they agreed that all illegally sourced crude oil from Africa, particularly Nigeria, should not be bought in Europe.
