A bill for a law prohibiting rape and sexual harassment at work places was read for the first time in the Lagos State House of Assembly, AllAfrica reports. If the bill is passes, under Section 7, any person found guilty of sexual harassment will be dismissed from work and fined N250 000 or serve a six month jail sentence.
