hi everyone ,

Vitamin E oils, D oils, Coconut oil , castor oil,e.t.c If you are using any of these as a skin or hair regimen then you should know how to use them properly to achieve better results.

For the skin, make sure your skin is still wet when you leave the shower ,do not dry up everything before using your skin moisturisers. read more here http://productsthatactuallydowork..com/2013/07/tipstricks-and-techniques-to-making.html

Shea Butter

The best way to use natural shea butter is by whipping it up with an electric mixer .( like the one used in cake making)

the texture is softer and allows you to mix your essential oils (like lavender, pepper mint, sweet orange ) in it to give it a good smell since we all know that local and natural shea butter has a pretty unpleasant smell. smiley

Hand Cream.

For you to have softer palms less wrinkle on fingers look out for hand creams that have Co-enzyme Q10 as part of its ingredients.

If you do a lot domestic work that involves you wetting your hands or handling hard objects, always apply the hand cream as soon as you are done, and every 2 to 3 hours .Don't wait till you retire to your bed at night.
