Listen bro! This girl owes you nothing, she's not your girlfriend and if for anything, she's a liar, so you shouldn't be that disappointed in her, girls like her are called bit.ches and trust me, you will see a lot of them in life. Cut her out of your life and move on, thank God you noticed this before it got too far. As for your cousin, he just bit your finger while you are feeding him, you don't really need to cut him out of your life but please, kick his but.t out of your house, I really don't like it when things like this come between family but their need to be lines drawn, make sure you stay clear of him afterwards. Investigate your friend well, if truly he did encourage your brother on this path of insanity, then therein lies the big disappointment. You get to choose your friends in life not your cousins, and if your friend could do this to you, worst still when he is not even the one that is pushing for it, then it is simply bad.
