Hmm, i also got a pack...although it was a combat pack, but i unlocked it after playing a spec ops mission in chapter 3...played the same mission over 20times but didnt get another....So basically, it might just be randomly....

my mc5 have refuse to connect to internet via WiFi but works with mobile data and one can't play multiplayer with mobile data...deleting and going bk to mc4

Yeah... Got one of those weak Combat Packs long ago when I first started.... Na useless stuff full that Combat pack.... It's probably based on ranking... Once you reach Elite level you get the Elite pack..... Probably when you get to level 40 or so.....
