I understand that some people get introspective when making decisions about a course of study and I am not an xception. This is so, especially when the O'level and UTME requirements are simillar, whether the courses are related or not. So, guys in d Business/Social Science field (others are welcome), lets discuss, compare and contrast these two courses of study: Accountancy and Economics. With respect to: 1. Career/Job opportunities (within and outside Nigeria) 2. Relevance to the development of the country 3. Academic effort needed to pass though these courses (which of them is harder) 4. Reputation of holders of these degrees (which of them give more reps) 5. Flexibility, in terms of diversion to other fields. 6. Which would you like to do or Like to have done 7. Any other contribution Your contribution will go a long way into helping young sch leavers. Tenk (according to yuzedo) -Sodeep |
