There is no working cheat/tweak. You don't expect someone to use at least 500mb in uploading Stock Rom.

Use 3G to set it up, you can then switch to EDGE after that.

I'll advice you use MTN or Etisalat. Whichever has 3G in your area.

i dont think its advice able to use ram expander on jellybean
