Na me suppose vex pass, i load 3300 on one of my airtel sim, i tried to transfer 3000 to another sim so i could subcribe for 6gb bundle, during the transfer i got a msg that my transfer request cannot be completed at the moment but checking my airtel sim the 3000 has been deducted and checking the other sim i sent it to, the 3000 was not there, my hard earned 3000 suspended in the air . Immediately i called their customer care the said the are sorry that it would be resolved and refunded after 24hrs, 24hrs no refund i called again the said 48hrs, 48hrs no refund, i called again the said i should give them more time to sort the issue, each time that what the tell me, 7 days now gone still no refund, i called today same story pls be patient we would notify you when the issue is resolved, none of them can tell me specificaly when it would be resolved
