Poor management by her obstetrician. Shows that her blood glucose was not tightly controlled. No wonder baby is still with the paediatricians (to manage problems with baby). Currently, the ACOG recommends elective caesarean delivery where the estimated fetal weight is greater than 4.5kg in a diabetic. This is to reduce risk of problems such as cephalopelvic disproportion, obstructed labour and shoulder dystocia with their sequelae. 1 Like |

A pound is about 250 Naira the baby was born 13.4 13.4 x 250 = 3350 meaning he is 3,350 Naira i think he is more costly than most children especially the ones born in Ajegunle. |
