I cancelled my bbmaxim plan so I can activate a new one. When I did so it canceled and I sent the bbmaxim activation code but they deducted the money(N3000) and now it says I'm not on a plan. Please correct this problem asap. My number is 07038411091

Simply dial ##002# to deactivate ALL call diverts on line.

To delete a song/tune from your MTN Callertunez library,

simply text Del+tunecode to 4100. e.g. Del01234 to 4100.
To deactivate Callertunez service from your line, text Cancel to 4100.

Why is MTN weekly 10mb not staying up to one week again?

Hi , i got a bonus airtime of N1000 from mtn and I wasn't able to use it until it expired. I now have N200 airtime which I got when I renewed my BBC plan and am still not able to use it. Also mtn failed to give me the extra 1 and 3 weeks bonus when I autorenewed my BBC plan for the month of may and june respectively. My no is 07063400100.
