I opted for mtn BBCDAY some hours ago. I've already received a confirmation sms but I still cannot browse with it. Edge is still on small casing too. I've called customer service on 180 several times
They confirmed that the amount was missing without any trace
The lady I spoke with at some point assured me that she'll forward my complaint to the appropriate quarters but till now I've not gotten any refund

Kindly dial *510*22# to cancel the quick facebook service but if its the Goody bag dial *662# then select that of facebook and cancel auto renewal

Sorry about this, the line has been recycled seeing it was inactive for more than 120days and has been assigned to a new customer, who is now the legal owner of it.

You had N78 and did a share n sell transaction then transferred it out of your line.

I don't understand the resolution terms you're using. My N9,595 was wiped and nothing has been refunded till now. I evidences of some of the loaded recharge cards with me.
