Dear Tecno/Phones Users!

I need your help. I purchased a tecno f7 last month and loved it. I am now in Toronto Canada for my master program. Since arriving I have not been able to use the phone my Glo is recognised but the phone says "no service" I have also put in a Canadian sim card but still the same issue it says sim detected but "No service. PLEASE I need the help of my fellow tecno experts. I have tried calling carlcare but cannot reach them, not answering.

Go to any network provider office over there, they will help you out,,, remember, Tecno is not an international brand, so don't expect so much... Had it been you went wif Sony, HTC or Samsung, you won't be having any issue

Had it been u Gave him enough money, lyk #100,000 he would hv went wif sony, HTc or samsung




@op..just go to any netwrk providers office d can help awt..I'll recomend u go to AT&T office

the gsm frequency over there is different & its hardware related so I doubt if anything can be done. but you can still go ahead n check
