I have noted with dismay that many Nigerians value tithe more than tax. Tax should be the premier social responsibility for a very citizen, even the bible asked us to give to caesar what is due to him and do same to God.

Who gave you this wrong information? For every single naira you earn, there is a tax to be paid(Pay As You Earn)Tax, and many other forms of taxes.
