We are a known and respected construction Company based in Lagos. We are seeking for an Architect to support our Technical Office. This position is responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned project including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions.

Required skills and experience:
• Application of architectural knowledge, principles, and practices to planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects.
• Apply diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields.
• Efficiently produce construction documents that conform to our Company and client standards.
• Develop detailed solutions to most project conditions.
• Serve as resource and provide technical guidance to less experienced architects.
• Experience integrating sustainable design concepts and strategies into projects.
• Able to anticipate basic project needs and tailor solutions to them.
• Must be capable of working on teams and independently.
• Ability to self-direct and self-regulate required.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of HND degree in Architecture
Must have at least 6 years of experience
Experience working on Transportation projects preferred
