Do this simple exercise 3times a day. Whenever they offer you food, turn your head to the left, then to the right... Repeat this everyday... You'll be flabbergasted by the result in 30days time . 1 Like |

You can do it! Take only fruit juice for 3 days Plenty of water, after. The three days, start eating more of veggies and less of sugar and starch. Eat with a very small plate. Also, Do 30 day shred exercise for 30 days. Download video on YouTube, There you go! But you have to be dedicated. I bet you, you will lose11.5 kg by month end |

Its not possible to lose 10kg in one month I have lost 15kg but it took me 3 monnths of strict dieting and exercise |

I Wont advice anybody to crash diet because the moment you stop, there is a high chance of gaining it back. Be patient, change your diet and lifestyle, practice portion control and start an exercise regimen. Once you can exercise self control with food, you will lose the weight. |
