if i help broker this deal can u protect my interest by sharing fees? I'm asking cos i knw of an agent to a buyer who may be interested. We have one we offered too @ Ikorodu but i think the man prefers any one within the Lagos axis... but i need to be sure the fee is secured before i proceed cos it is not a brief that is direct to me, since they are not interested in the one coming through me directly.
