I logged into my verified paypal account today and noticed paypal placed some limits on my account.
I have been using the same I.p I used in signing up and have been able to handle some of the requirements to lift the limits but this one has to do with identity verification and I find difficult to do since I opened it with an Europe address.

please suggestions and solutions are welcomed.

Going around PayPal if you are in a restricted country could be very tiresome. ID verification is only the first of the many layers of security meant to keep countries like ours out. I learned this the hard way ( I still have $25 there that I cant withdraw or use for any purpose).

If you are serious about building a stable online business, learn to stay on the white side of the rules. There are lots of reputable payment processors out there who do business with Nigerians. Register with them. What you are trying to do is cheat/fraud - the same mentality that got Nigeria blacklisted in the first place. I've learned. I'm asking you to learn too.

I intend to close the account and forget the money have got there $34,just tryin to look for means to withdraw the money.
