Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Description:

- Implements Human Resources programs by providing human resources services including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, records management, employee relations and retention.

- Planning and Coordination of all HR activities

- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solutions, coaching and counseling managers and employees.

- Day to Day HR Operations and Admin


Education: BSc in HRM, IRPM, Personnel Management or any related Social Science Course.

Experience: 1-2 years HR work experience

Job Location: Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi - Lagos.
