Guys. STOP. Stop replying to his posts. Stop fuelling this madness. Augustine wants to say that Russia has never test fired the S-300, then fine, we all know its re.tarded - so ignore it. He only comes here to fight with people, so dont entertain him. The guy clearly has issues, he isnt a normal person and arguing only makes it worse. For the sake of the thread. STOP. 6 Likes

Patchesagain: Patches, salesman for Denel, why are you fighting with me for posting published facts? Saengine started same fight with Xbee007 some pages back, now you complain when your large crowd lost out to one single man in technical argument "He whom you cannot fool is wiser." — English proverb 1 Like

MikeCZA: Hear Hear! Although to be honest, Denel took too long developing the Ingwe IPLS. What is unforgivable is that we recently bought more Milan missiles, even though the Ingwe IPLS has come on-stream .

SupremeCourt: That is not an argument. That is a simple statement/comment. I didnt insult him in any way. Problem with you is that you think this forum is an African battlefield where everyone comes here to defend their country's honour. You are living in a fantasy land. Snap out of it. 2 Likes |

ssaengine: Your own long stories 200 to 500 words each in many different comments disputing claims of LT.GEN and Xbee007 are not arguments abi? Only my own posting of facts quoted from published news data and info is to be labelled argument. Pot calling kettle black. Keep deceiving yourself after you spoiled market for Denel, you now tell lies to clean it up because you are Denel employee needing to save your job. |

I can't even comprehend the essence of further arguments on this matter. Paragraph 1& 2 of this screenshot below has already quashed the genesis of the contention. So let's move on. 1 Like

SupremeCourt: No they are not arguments. It's simply supplying information, with no exaggeration. Unlike you that says: "DENEL Mokopa has 93% chance of missing very easy target in broad day light" That is a direct quote from you. Made up rubb1sh with no proof, to satisfy your lifelong lack of attention. Anyways, I've entertained you enough & let me stop derailment. Cheers 4 Likes |

MikeCZA:ssaengine might have more info, but I don't think there were ever any plans for a man portable Mokopa? I know there were tests on a vehicle-launched version on both Mamba and Casspir, but for various reasons that was abandoned for the Ingwe. Personally, of all Denel Dynamics products I'm more enthused by the 25kg Impi missile, which combines the [5km]Ingwe ATGM's multipurpose warhead with the [10km]Mokopa's seeker and laser guidance units and Umkhonto SAM's datalink in a 6km range weapon. Ease of logistics as it will equip UAVs (Seeker 400 Snyper), Mambas, Casspirs, Ratels, Badgers, Parabats & Recces. Hell, one could strap on a few to Oryx and even the pestilential Agusta without heavily compromising transport functions.

Hrmnn: Isn't that one of the Rooikats bought by the Jordanian King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau (KADDB), when they also bought Ratels and Elands? If I remember correctly, they modified them and some of the Ratels later ended up in Yemen? PIC 1: KADDB Rooikat; PIC 2 & 3: KADDB Ratels in Yemen; PIC 4: KADDB Rooikat, Ratel and Eland in Jordan.
